A- pours a golden color with a slight haze, two-finger foamy white head with great retention and lacing around the rim
S- faint clean malt with just a touch of hop, very clean and simple
T- clean and malty with a bit if tannic character, light hop bitterness with a crisp and clean finish
M- light bodies, low carbonation, creamy mouthfeel and finish, superior drinkability
O- I'm not typically a fan of the kolsch style, but this one hits the spot on a hot summer day. Well balanced, crisp and refreshing
