This is the place for Belgian beer fans. They don't only have a buncha great Belgian beers for you, but they serve a big number of Belgian beers in their own chalice! St. B's in a St B chalice Tremens in a Tremens chalice etc... and the food. I had a Reuben, and it was a special Reuben. Darn good. They certainly give the effort. Helluva staff. This bar adjoins German and a separate American craft beer bar. THREE ADJOINED BARS!!! as well as a liquor/beer store with a greaat, not huge, selection of various brews. I brought home 3 yes count 3 different pumpkin brews. All in all the place is a huge big beer bonanza.

Yetiman? Yuppie fuck!

A "Classic Tavern...Belgian Beer" located inside Crescent Moon Ale House.

Visited around 8 PM on a nasty winter ice and freezing storm and I was one of 2-3 other people there during my visit. Eight or so seats at the bar and ~5 booths along the wall.

Decor was limited and underwhelming. When the place is empty, it really feels empty. One medium TV in the back by the bar.

Kitchen and beers are shared with the ale house. It's more mellow here so if you don't care for noise at the ale house, you can chill on this side.

Beers on tap...
Stella (for a real Belgian beer bar? Ouch!)
Brasserie Des Rocs Tripel Imperiale
Delirium Tremens
Pepe Nero (Goose Island)
Gulden Draak
St. Bernardus Abt 12
Lindemans Framboise
Piraat Ale

36 Belgain bottles available. All the basics that you might find at any well-stocked Belgian section of a good bottle shop.

The gal working the bar said she was new and they "put me on this side tonight (I think because they knew it would be slow)." Her description of most beers was "it's easy drinking." She was friendly and nice to chat with but not what I call well versed on Belgian beer or maybe even beer for that matter.

Ironically, I didn't even drink Belgian but went with a local IPA and SN Hoptimum from the ale house. I had the wings and they were excellent. Meaty, crispy, and with flavorful sauces. Some of the best wings I've had.
