Looks like a splendid pale, but my enthusiasm fades as does the foam.
Smells offer up some very nice fruits; probably some pear/peach sweet, but mostly yeasty like bananas.
Taste offers up some spicy variety; but never pushes the yeast and malt from their duet on center stage.
Feel finishes a bit sweeter than I prefer for moderate, garlicky foods.
Overall, an expertly made blonde that I hope to have again.
What rock have I been under that this is my first from Wolf ?
7/21/17 Had again with my favorite ratatouille; picnicking on the Great Lawn of Millennium Park listening to the Grant Park Orchestra with Chicago's skyline as summer night's frame. The ale was great, but the scene stole the show.

Date of January 15th 2014 on the label.
Rusher and a gusher so watch out.
Pours a cloudy rusty colour with an avalanche of foam which takes some time to settle down.
A delightful nose of sweetish fruit greets my nose. Yeasty and malty as well. Caramel mixes nicely with the fruit.
Taste follows the smell with an addition of tart hints. Alcohol pretty noticable.
Light bodied sort of light carbonation.
Best before or bottled on, I dig this.
