$8.25 + deposit at the 8th Street Liquor Store in New Westminster.

A: Two inches of head, gold and crystal clear - like apple juice.

S: Very appealing fruity aroma. Melon, citrus, tropical fruit.

T: Nice and bitter. Maybe a little too bitter. Piney.

F: Crisp.

Poured from a bomber into a wilibecher. I don't see a date, but if I had to guess I would guess medium freshness.

Appearance: Pours a semi-transparent medium honey-amber and leaves a couple fingers of white head that fade slowly to a white layer atop the beer, leaving plenty of lacing.

Smell: Nice mild citrus and mango hops, honey, sweet malts. Very well balanced aroma - hop dominant but not by much, plenty of malts as well.

Taste: Again, nice balance of hops and malts: citrus hops including some hefty grapefruit, but also with some nice floral and pine, sweet honey and malts, and more of that nice flora aroma at the finish. Very drinkable, nice and balanced.

Mouth-feel: Fairly heavy for the flavor profile and style: Medium carbonation with a medium to medium-thick body. Finishes a tad bitter from the hops.

Overall: This is a super well balanced, but slightly hop-forward IPA. Really well done, and very drinkable. This would be a go to IPA for sure, if available in my area.

Clear, dark golden with a medium, foamy white head.

Pleasant blend of citrus and resiny hops in both the aroma and taste. Light crackery backbone.

Medium+ body, foamy carbonation.

A well done IPA, nice hop profile balanced with light malts. Nothing otherworldly, but certainly enjoyable and worth enjoying a glass or two.
