So happy to see this brewery showing up on Washington shelves.

22oz into a tulip. Pours a hazy straw color w/ a fluffy white head, patchy lacing.

Aroma is big grapefruit. And that's it. Smells like I just cut open a fresh grapefruit and gave it a big squeeze. Impressive.

Taste follows nose. Bright fresh citrusy hops on a canvas of pale biscuity malt. Clean, sharp, bitter finish.

Mouthfeel is balanced an crisp. Very drinkable.

Overall a very solid West Coast IPA. Outstanding.

Very pale, golden beer with lots of lacing and a large head that sticks around. Aroma is amazing: very fruity hops (lemon dominates, other citrus notes are grapefruit, oranges), not much pine but some grassy notes probably from the fresh hops? A little thin in the mouth, and I'd like a little more malt sweetness or character to go with this, but the hop flavor is exceptional. Underrated brewery IMO.

A: Pours a lightly hazy amber. Tall frothy white head. Head fades slowly with great retention. Moderate to good thin lacing everywhere.

S: Big sharp grapefruit notes - even from quite a distance. Dank, resinous hops as well. Mild bready malt, just a hint?

T: Big bold hoppiness up front. Sharp and bitter grapefruit followed by a very garlicky and resinous burst. Strong and bright hop flavors, some of the brightest I've ever found in a regular IPA. Bready malt on the back end, combining with the garlicky, resinous hops resulting in almost a garlic bread taste. It's even a bit salty it seems, just like garlic bread. Might be my mind and tongue playing tricks on me but it's amusing nonetheless. Sticky, mouthcoating hop oils lend to a salty, drying aftertaste.

M: Nice smooth medium body. A bit dry and resinous in the finish.

O: Really nice west coast IPA. Big and sharp hop flavors. Not super bitter, this one is more of a showcase of hop flavors versus pure bitterness. Big dank, resinous and garlicky hops. Very tasty.

Pours a clear copper color with a medium white head. A light sweet fruity nose, some biscuit and tangerine. Super clean flavor with oranges, big grapefruit, pretty hefty but not distracting bitterness, some light resinous sweetness. But not super sweet. A big balance with earthy biscuit malts.
