Poured straw/orange hue with little head that vanishes to a light lace.
Smells mostly of orange and lemon with some indistinguishable spice notes (maybe clove or coriander, but they are very mild aromatically).
Palate shows a mild orange and floral character with some funk, though it is not that true saison style funk.
Really light on the palate, lacks grip, it seemed initially to have some body and weight, but the finish is over in just a few seconds.
My partner really enjoyed hers, but she was looking for something super easy and light. It has more in common with a witbier or a blonde ale than a saison.

On tap at the brewery in a shaker pint. See-thru deep gold with a bright white head that's modest in size, but tenacious in retention, leaving a fair amount sticky lacing in its wake.
The nose features a nice interplay between spicy- clove, white pepper- and citric notes, with a pleasant yeastiness in the background. In spite of the ever-so-slightly thickish body, this is quite a lively brew, flavorful and refreshing. Tangy pineapple and lemon zest, but also some sweeter fruit like pear and yellow apple, maybe a hint of banana. Spiciness, toasty grains and tangy yeast complete the picture. Perhaps a touch on the sweet side for the style, but that's a minor complaint. Very solid offering, and well worth a try.
