On tap at the Bier Stein in Eugene, it was served in a snifter, the beer is cloudy off-yellow with a skim of off-white head.
Aroma of passion fruit and something delightfully sour.
As advertised, sour and slightly puckering. Passion fruit, straw and grains. Yeasty and delicious. It really hit the spot on a hot day after a long walk to get here.
The mouth is silky with pinpricks of carbonation. The tartness lingers in the back of your throat.
This is a really nice beer and one that I would like to have regualr access to!

Filled 8/17/13, Drank 8/24/13 (Imperial Taproom, OR)
A: Murky hazy tannish yellow color. Thin layer of bright white head. Sticks around a while. Still nice carbonation.
S: Slight sour. Tart. Lactic. Some fruit on the nose. Wheat.
T: Really nice punch of tart fruit up front. Really got that passion fruit character in there with the lactic notes. Yogurt like in the mid palate. Finish is dry an refreshing.
M: Lighter bodied. Leading to medium.
