When "stuck" in Naples, FL on business, I tried to find a bar w some cigar city taps. It turns out my hotel was just 3/4 mile down the road from south street city oven and I thought the walk would be worth it. Was not disappointed. I think there were 3 or 4 cigar city drafts plus a good representation from my home town (Grand Rapids, MI) and some good stuff from the west coast, too. I just had some calzone thing for dinner which was really good, but the highlight of this place was the beer list--especially considering that the night before I went with a buddy down to the more popular stretch of bars/restaurants in Naples and ended up drinking Miller lite, Guinness, etc. Cool wait staff, sports bar feel, and kid friendly (which is probably important in Naples for family spring breaks, etc). I'd come back if I lived here or visited again.

Great selection of beers. The food is nothing to rave about but I go there for the variety of taps. Much better than the over rated WORLD OF BEER in Ft. MYers. Would pull more business if they ran more happy hour specials. For craft beer variety though, this is the best place in the Naples/Ft. Myers area.

Food, service and staff - horrible.
Server was too busy carrying on a conversation with others to service our table.
We waited 10 minute for a server to get a drink order.
Then she seems to forget us again, 20 minutes later we ordered food.
Ordered food - took forever and it was not busy.
Then when our order did come it was cold and order was not correct.
Pizza skip it. Cheap ingredients and looks to be frozen dough.
Good beer selection of beer tho.
Sit at the bar, skip dinner and apps have a beer and get out of dodge.

Great selection of beers on draft... 41 total. Most of the beers are domestic Crafts, but the staff is very knowledgeable and can help anyone find something they love, even if they've never had Craft beer before. The food was awesome, they have entertainment 7 days a week and the service staff is very friendly. Can't go wrong!!

Heard quite a bit about this place, so took the family to check it out. It has more of a bar feel then I restaurant vibe. The tap list was pretty extensive, they had plenty of cigar city, with many of the other usuals, ie bells, stone, and victory. Probably the best tap beer selection in collier county.

The food however, left a little to be desired. We heard good things about the pizza, but it was rather pedestrian. We got the Mac and cheese for the kids, but you could tell it was old and reheated, and the spinach artichoke dip was also probably just heated up.

All in all it was a bit pricy and the food wasn't all that good, but the beer section was very good. I wouldn't go back for the food, but definately would go back for the beer. Skal.

Short & Sweet:

Went there today & had a few pints with my buddy. We had the sliders, a Smuttynose Finest Kind IPA, and a Shipyard Smashed Blueberry. Everything was good!

Biggest draw here is the amount of rotating taps(25+). This is one of the prime spots in the area for taps (40+). Everything from St Bernardus Abt 12 to Jai Alai to Finest Kind, etc... nice selection.

Also, right down the strip mall is a little spot called 'Decanted' which carries craft beer. So after a meal & a few pints, can head there & have some bottles to go. Good combo!

We stopped by after receiving a recommendation from the bartender at The Pub Naples. We were not disappointed.

The beer selection was top notch for the area, the bar was very big and the service was great. We were glad to see Cigar City on tap including Oatmeal Raisin Cookie which we’ve only seen at the Cigar City taproom in Tampa. I ended up drinking Jai Alai and Undercover Investigation Shutdown Ale from Lagunitas while the wife drank Oatmeal Raisin Cookie.

If you go, get the cheesesteaks with Cheez Whiz. They’re the best I’ve had since I visited Jim’s in Philly. I can’t recommend this place enough.

EDIT: I've been there 3 times now and, while the beer selection is great, the bar staff isn't particularly knowledgeable about craft beer, i.e., "You actually like that beer?!", "You DON'T want that in a chilled glass?", etc. Make sure to specify a room temperature glass if you don't want one from the freezer.

South Street, Naples is nice place to eat & drink, and something different from 5 Ave S, a spot that seems to draw the average tourist looking for dinner and drinks.

The tap selection is broad, drawing on many different styles of brew. As a bonus, they have a rotating tap. I chose the Yakima Morning Glory--it was so good, I had another.

Regarding the food, the quality is very good. Chicken wings cooked to order and a fresh spinach salad. Then, we enjoyed a steamy hot pizza taken right from the oven and to our table's pizza stand.

For good food and great beer in a casual setting, I heartily recommend South Street, Naples.

Great local bar that has done a lot for the beer scene in Naples, Florida. My wife and I stop in at least twice a week for dinner and tasting session of the seemingly endless new beers they bring in for the patrons to try.

Victory, Cigar City, Bluepoint, Rogue, are just a few of the great varieties they carry and they have a fine selection of food to pair with your favorite beer. Looking for a great pizza? They have one of the better pies in Naples.

Good food, great staff, and a micro/craft beer selection that shames most other bars in southwest Florida. This is always a place I recommend to people looking for a different place to go.

I think South Street is one of the nicest bars in Naples. Live music almost every single night, reggae on Sundays. A great tap selection for a Naples bar, but a little above average for someone who just moved here from Pittsburgh where there is a great selection of brews. They do however have all Victory products on tap, because it is a Philadelphia bar. A lot of mainstream crafts, if that is what you call them, and a few rotating taps although wish they rotated them a little more often. Was happy that the last time I went they had a local on tap, Cigar City's Brown Ale I believe it was. Great staff and managers seem very nice, just a really good atmosphere.
