Gold color with a thick coating head of white. Sticks as it falls.

Creamy nose with clean grain, ale yeast, and a kiss of spring bock German fruitiness. Not lemon, but maybe pomme.

Slightly spicy with bitterness and peppery carbonation. Semi-musty sour rind flavors, but no real pronounced fruit, specifically citrus. Crusty white bread malts. Not super dry. Well crafted. I miss the lemony vibe that I get from most kolsches.

Medium-body for a kolsch, which is nice. It doesn't detract from drinkability, however, some small strength is noticed. Carbonation is spicy and fulfilling.

A solid kolsch from Full Pint. This style is growing on me.

This is an enjoyable beer. I like kölschbier. This would get a higher rank from me if it were more true to a kölsch. It was a bit different. Not very crisp, bubbly, toasty as expected. More of a dense mellow malt beer. Also 6.2% vs. the typical sub-5 range of a kölsch. Good.

Pours from 12 oz..Clear golden color with a frothy white head that settles quickly. Aroma of crackers and herbaceous hops and a hint of white pepper. Taste is clean, crisp and dry with a toasted grain base and herbal/ grassy hops that give it his beer a unique freshness and zip to it. Very drinkable!

Pours a clean pale yellow color with a white head. In the aroma, sweet lagery malts. In the taste, a small sweetness in a fresh lager. A small bite and a lighter bodied mouthfeel, with a semi dry to nothing in the aftertaste. Really fresh, nothing exciting, but enjoyable nonetheless.

Pours a hazy dark straw color with half a finger of head. The nose is quite yeasty. The malt flavor is rather decent for the style. The classic Kolsch-style dry bitterness is there on the finish.

Pours a clear straw color with a white head and some lacing. The retention is ok, and the beer looks like it should for the most part. Clean, bready aroma and a bit of floral hops. In the taste, biscuit and cracker like malt notes and a refreshing herbal hop bitterness that has a bit of lemon citrus to it. Light bodied ale with adequate carbonation. Overall, it was a good beer for sure, complimented a cheese steak and fries appropriately.

Bottle. This beer is officially named "King Kolsch."

Pours a light clear straw gold with a quarter inch of sugar white head that dissipates quickly to a lacing.

Smells of light grassy malts, buttered bread and a bit of cane sugar.

Flavor is of grassy malts with light bready undertones and some crispness.

Medium body with a sharp stinging carbonation on the tongue.

A good flavorful otherwise light beer, great balance, very easy to drink and refreshing, highly sessionable. Would definitely throw a few of these back on more than one occasion.
