I always make a point of stopping in here when in Burlington, even if it's just for dessert and a stout.

Modern and lofty inside the main floor with a fairly large outdoor patio adjacent to the sidewalk. Downstairs it's more of a traditional and cozy pub feel with lots of wood and a plethora of boardgames to play- Great place in the winter.

Have about 25 tap offerings of mostly good, local, Vermont beer with usually a Californian, Belgian, German, and some other quality regional New England offerings. From Vermont you can usually count on Trapp, Hill Farmstead, Lawsons, and Otter Creek on-tap, however, I always find Hill Farmstead and especially Lawsons to be out whenever I'm here (not surprisingly I guess). Never ventured to their beer menu but it looks solid with some vintaged offerings.

Service never seems to be an issue here, with prompt service and staff always eager to recommend something for the style you're into.

The food is quite good, with unique and local ingredients always incorporated into the menu. Can't go wrong with any of their cheese boards, salads, or burgers. It seems I always end up here for dessert which never disappoints.

Prices for food are likely on the higher side for Burlington even though it is quality food, but their on-tap offerings are decently priced.

If you're in Burlington for a night or two this place is a definite must-visit. There's bound to be something in their on-tap or menu list that'll satisfy you along with good food to boot.

Incredible beer selection, both draft and in bottles/cans. This place is Burlington's beer bar, hands down. The upstairs bar is a bit small, but the downstairs lounge is more than accommodating for grabbing some awesome brews. A constant stream of special events keeps this place right on top of exciting beers, from both near and far. The food definitely caters to the onslaught of tourists they receive, and is reflected in the over-priced and uninspired fare. But hey, they're always full, and the machine keeps churning along! In the summer, if you can snag a table, the outdoor beer garden around back is an amazing place to tip a few back!

Liked the place. Menu didn't have a lot of things I was interested in. Our server wasn't at all interested in waiting on us. Had to come back and re-confirm every item we ordered. Did have a couple really nice beers, so that was nice.

On a recent trip to Burlington this was hands down the best place we went to! We were told to wait downstairs in the parlor since the wait for a table was 45 minutes. However, we liked it so much that we decided to stay. Amazing vibe! Comfy, homey and chill. There was a good mixture of adults eating and drinking and families hanging out with their kids. Great selection of drafts and bottles. I had my first ever Sip of Sunshine (wow!!!!!) and Susan from Farmstead which was also very good. The food was good; I had a nice bacon burger. The servers, hosts and bartenders were really nice albeit a little slow and laid back. I would definitely go back!

This place is legit. Great food and quality tap list. Not cheap but not outrageous either. Check it out when in town.

Wait, I need more characters....done!

What a find, came in for bunch and the amazing taplist. Delicious farm to table brunch options. Great selection including Lawson's Fayston Maple Stout (the only place around)!

Favorite place to drink in Burlington. Best quality tap-list in town, food especially the burgers are excellent although pricey. Beer Garden and the Parlor are fantastic for the different seasons up here!

Strong game with 20 different beers on tap, including multiple Hill Farmstead. Small pours are fantastic, allowing you to drink a few without putting yourself and others in danger.

Heirloom tomato salad top-notch, charcuterie plate good but not great.

Probably expensive for Burlington, though as an Acela corridor guy the prices didn't make me blink much.

Farmhouse has an incredible selection of beer. The tap list was pretty good, but the list of bottles and cans was truly impressive. Food and service were both good, although the food prices have gone from expensive a few years ago to outrageous today. The acoustics could be better, as it was only about half full and already very noisy. Overall, I'd say it's a great place to have a bite and some great beers - if you can afford it.

My guess is review below is from competition or someone who has a bone to pick with place. Came up from MA with family. Awesome place. Great food options. Nice beer menu. Cool beirgarten in rear as you wait for table. Loved it. Nice people. Waitress was a tad slow. But food was yummy. Atmosphere happening. Would like to go back again with just adults and drink more and share diff apps n entrees.

Highly recommend this place.
