poured 12oz can into snifter.
A - Straw yellow in color with a 2 finger white creamy head. Decent retention and lacing.
S - A nice mix of earthy, grassy hops, grainy, and light lemons dominate the nose. I pick up hints of another fruit like aroma.
T - The hops are earthy, grassy, with a mild herbal, strawberry like flavor that really brings it together. Notes of some light grain, citrus, and lemon zest on the finish.
M - Light body, crisp, smooth finish with good carbonation. Great brew to drink in the summer.
O - This was a fun lager style beer to drink that has some distinct and unique flavors. I thought that they all came together really well and could enjoy this beer any hot day.

Clear yellow nearing gold colored beer with a good sized snow white colored head.
I can smell this from 3 feet away. Strong spicy noble hop aroma. Abundant saffron and hay with lemon, herb and a slightly soapy scent. Slight sour scent with soda cracker and a little honeysuckle.
Starts out stoutly hopped and semi dry. Saffron and grass come on strong and it is rather spicy. Good level of bitterness. Tasty and stoutly hopped Pilsner. Yes I know it says "Lager" but it is stronger flavored than that.
Mouthfeel is a little light.
Overall this is a super tasty Pils from the heart of Mormon Country.
