Beautiful slight haze golden light amber. Solid head. Smells of tropical fruit and yeasty breads notes. Some mango maybe little pineapple.
Taste is solid. A little more bitter than expected. But solid.

Picked up a bomber from TW Arrowhead in early April for $7.99. Version number 37 packed on 12/9/15.
Beer poured golden with a beautiful white head that is leaving some beautiful rings behind.
Nose is belgian fruit esters, citrus, and some light tropical hops.
Taste is classic belgian ipa; citrus and tropical hops over a pale malt base with a nice hop and white pepper finish.
Feel is light to medium bodied and smooth.
Overall an excellent rendition of the BIPA. Cheers to Epic!

A - Pours medium amber orange color with a very thick, frothy white head and moderate carbonation.
S - Yeasty and citrus zing on the nose. Orange and zingy grapefruit.
T - Zesty orange, grapefruit peel, peppery notes, some yeast, some herbalness, biscuity malt.
M - Thick medium with a nice smooth texture on the tongue with mild carbonation on the back of the tongue.
O - This is a very nice Belgian IPA that has just enough bitterness on the backside to balance things out.

Definitely the intersection of an IPA and a Belgian Ale. Malty with a slight hop finish. Very reminiscent of some good Belgian Ales. If you're in to the like- this is for you! But if you're more of a hop-head you might feel the malt over powers the hops.
