Clear reddish brown colored ale with a small pinkish white colored head.

Smells sweet like syrup with a medium level of raspberry in it. Little bit of vanilla and caramel to the scent. Not super complex.

Starts out mildly sweet with a slight tart edge and a lite level of bitterness. Tastes mildly spicy and a little woody. Very lightly flavored.

Mouthfeel is light.

Overall an OK beer, but seriously light in every way.

22oz bottle from Khourey's (Las Vegas, NV). 8.99. Release #5, bottled 5/8/13. Served in a Clown Shoes snifter.

Pours an opaque peach tea with about one finger of thin white head. Froth receds pretty quickly to a thin halo that laces well.

Smells funky and fruity. Raspberry, clove, yeast and faint honey.

Taste is, as expected, full on Belgian strong pale ale with raspberry. Bubble gum, clove, slightly tart raspberries, funky yeast, a bizarre vegetal puree, spice, a touch of honey and a pretty strong booze presence.

Medium light bodied with sharp carbonation. Funky raspberry, yeast and cloves linger in the aftertaste.

Not a bad brew but lacking in anything to really elevate it above the myriad other available offerings. It's a decent enough one time experience that I don't lament the purchase.

A ; pours a soft peach pink color witha cm of soft pink hued head, weak retention, little lacing.

S - raspberries, bubble gum, clovey yeast.

T - not sour or tart at all. Too bad. Basically tastes like a light Belgian golden ale (clove, spice, bubblegum yeasty) with hints of raspberry sweetness. More raspberry and sour qualities would do wonders.

M - light bodied but somewhat thick on the tongue, plentiful carbonation. Pretty ideal here imo

O - raspberry flavored Belgian with raspberry sweetness. I guess it is what it says it is but wish it was so much more

[Suggested Glassware: Tulip Glass]

The pour was a hazy pinkish ruby red with a slight orange hue and a small (less that 1 finger) white sudsy head that diminished very quickly, down to a thin puddled film with a medium collar and possessed fair streaky lacing.

The aroma was of a mild biscuit malt and a strong funky Belgian yeast with hints of overripe raspberries, bubblegum, candi sugar and a mild sourness.

The taste was a tad sweet and decently malty with a note of raspberries from the get go, although it was far from being overpowering. As it progressed it became lightly tart and somewhat yeasty and had a mild alcohol tinge towards the finish. The flavor stuck around for an average time following the swallow, with a lightly tart fruity taste and a mild alcohol warming sensation that lingered for a short while.

Mouthfeel was just barely past light in body with a mildly dry texture and a ticklish carbonation.

Overall this was a lightly malty sweet and refreshing fruity Belgian Ale that was balanced very well by the moderate presence of the Belgian yeast, which helped immensely in hiding the high ABV and creating a smooth and easy drinking experience...

Pours a cloudy pink and copper. Light soapy head

Nice aroma of raspberries and malt. Not heavy on either which is a mistake a lot of breweries make with fruit beers---over compensate with fruit

This one falls a bit short, though. The raspberries taste fake and hollow. Not that they used syrup instead (I don't know), because it's not all that sweet. It's just that the fruit seems to be more of an essence or afterthought. No backbone to it.
And that affects the feel and enjoyment. Not a bad beer technically.
