A traditional Munich style lager, light, bright and golden in colour. Accentuated malt complexity, medium/light body with a hint of honey. Nobel hops add balance, spicyness and subtle bitterness. Probably the fullest tasting lager in the land! Lagered for 8 weeks prior to release.

Supplied from the one and only EssexAleMan I had this soon after if was rescued from the shipping box.
Slightly hazy light yellow to the eye with a fierce head force and nice white head. Decent carbonation, slightly sour, fresh and quenching. Short end. Maybe a bit hollow with a bit of a carbonic bite at the end but more potent than the 5% ABV would suggest. In the end I liked it more than the score might indicate. Grateful for the opportunity to try this.

Poured from a 500ml bottle into a pint glass. Purchased from the brewery at a fairly reasonable price (yes even for Welsh standards...)
Pours a hazy golden/amber colour with little head and lacing.
Smells faintly malty and fresh.
Tastes refreshing with a good level of malt. Light citrusy hop bitterness on the finish. Fairly wholesome.
Very nice, very refreshing and a great beer in the sunshine.

660ml brown glass bottle with standard pressure cap served into English style glass beer mug in London. Bottle acquired in Cardiff right at the brewery. Reviewed live.
A: Two finger head of fair cream, pretty good thickness, and good retention. Colour is a cloudy yellow.
Sm: Lemon peel, full barley, and other pleasant esters. Moderate strength aroma.
T: Lemon and light orange citrus ester hops, moderately full barley, and stale sort of badly handled malt. Simple, crappy build, and below average balance.
Mf: Too wet, and a touch too smooth. Noncomplementary of the flavours of the body.
Dr: Average ABV, fairly easy drinking, below average quality, and an elevated price (by Welsh standards).
