This beer is also sold as Argus California Style Steam, it is a decent craft brewed beer from Chicago, Illinois. It pours brown, with light head with a dirty white color, and average carbonation. It has a bread taste, with hints of hops, floral, and sweetness, you can taste the alcohol and has a slight alchhaol aftertaste. It is a mild beer, flavorful, and lacks the filling or unfilling feeling you get when you drink beer.

On tap in a curved pint glass on 7/10/11
Slightly hazed and honey-hued. One thumb of long lasting, smooth foam. Starts to catch a good bit of lace a quarter of the way through.
Modest aroma of grains; cereal and a hint of corn. Not much for hops, just a faint floral note. Tastes ok but not totally on point. Something of a metallic hop twinge precedes a grainy middle and a dry, crumbly bread latter half. Bitterness builds a bit over time. Medium body for such a lager. Reasonable carbonation keeps it moving along. Powdery biscuit finish.
It's ok, but hardly remarkable. It's just a decently proportioned lager.
