Lite and spritey, but the finish is a bit too thin.

From a growler filled the day before (1.19.2012) and poured in a Brooklyn Brewery tulip

A: Poured a cloudy golden yellow (straw), 1 finger foamy white head, no real lacing, but a nice foam ring lasting the whole glass.

S: Grassy aroma with slight, slight funky along and estery yeast.

T: Taste of grass just like the aroma with cove and some faint citrus rind on the the finish and slight tart as it lingers. Nice and dry. Some Belgian spiciness as well.

M: Crisp and medium mouth-feel, good prickly carbonation wit lots of tiny bubbles all over your mouth.

O: A crisp and refreshing, low ABV beer that hits all the right notes. A highly enjoyable example of the style.
