Shared a fresh growler tonight with a beer pal. Poured into snifter, aggressive pour, huge head. Lacing like a mother. Most Barrier beers are pretty transparent but Money had a light but hazy color to it. Not getting much in the nose, not particularly piney or floral or citrusy. My buddy says it reminds him of spaghetti. Taste is full on veggie/onions/garlic, big time. I think it seems somewhat Belgian-y for some reason. Not your typical East Coast IPA. Mouthfeel is rich, no pun intended. Barrier's IPAs are pretty good, this one is probably barely their best. Solid.

Clear light golden.
Piney and sweet nose.
Light malt base, damn good hop profile.... pine, lots of citrus, mid level bitterness, crap ton of tropical fruit flavors here.... mango, orange, pineapple .. reminds me if galaxy hops
Mouthfeel light to mid heavyness, very light carbonation... perfect for this style of ipa at 7.3% abv.
Drank from a Spiegelau ipa glass (hop heads should have this)
Overall such an amazing ipa that reminds me of a mix of a midwest ipa and northern ipa from America. I will get this anytime I see this, you should too.

On-tap at Alewife, Long Island City, NY

A: The beer is clear yellow in color and has slight hues of amber with no visible carbonation. It poured with a thin off white head that died down leaving a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of citrusy hops are present in the nose along with hints of tropical fruits.
T: Like the smell, the taste has flavors of citrusy hops along with some notes of tropical fruits. A moderate to high amount of bitterness is present.
M: It feels medium-bodied and crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: Selecting this IPA is "money"—it's easy to drink and packed with lots of aromas and flavors.
