The Beer Cave is the beer section of this local grocery store. What separates it from most is that it is a large walk-in cooler, with it's own automatic sliding doors, that holds all the beer for the store.

As you enter, to the right is the shelves with 22s/750s, imports and limited release stuff (I recently cleaned them out of their last 3 Jubel 2010s). As you work your way back are the sixers of craft beer, with 12 packs along the back wall, BMC along the right and cold case taking up the middle.

As far as selection, all the usual local, regional and nationally distributed Micros are available. Service is just the checkout for the grocery store, although I did talk to the guy who is the keeper of the cave, and he seemed fairly knowledgeable and enthusiastic.

Overall, if your on the way to the Alaska ferry or camping at Larrabee State Park The Beer Cave is directly on your route. Grab a hot sandwich from DaVincis inside the store, some cold beer and enjoy your day.

This is inside the Market grocery store. At first I walked through to the back and found a nice little display of bombers from around the NorthWest and was pleased with the offerings but a bit disapointed in the lack of selection. On returning to the front of the store though, I happened to spot the large sign on the wall stating Beer Cave and was almost giddy as I walked through the sliding doors into the cooler room that is the cave. Very nice selection of craft bombers along one wall with beers from Alaska to California. Other international beers can be found here too and there is a wide selections of styles represented. Further into the cave and you are into craft beer 6 packs. Again a very nice selection. One of the best stores I have found from this area. Easy access from the highway and good selection of deli items in the store. Also outside there is a vendor selling smoked meats.
