No apparent date on bottle.
Beer is black with a small tan head that fades fairly quickly, leaving some bubble.
Nose contains chocolate and vanilla.
Chocolate is the dominant flavour. The chile is there, but not overstated - it's a nice level, providing a bit of additional flavour but not taking the focus. I would say the same for the cinnamon - actually, it is not easy for me to distinguish the chile powder from the cinnamon. The vanilla is stronger than the chile and cinnamon, but also not overpowering. All in all, quite easy drinking and (unsurprisingly) firmly on the sweet side.
Full bodied, low to moderate carbonation, very creamy and smooth.
Overall, a nice beer. Very much a dessert beer.
