Have gone here a few times since really getting into beer, always around lunch time/early dinner time.
The atmosphere is slightly better than your average blue plate chain bar, but nowhere near the independent beer bars and pubs of any urban center. A blend of local and Chicago-themed sports paraphernalia decorates and most people (at lunch time) are in their own little world, maybe a little chatter around the bar about whats on TV.
I've only had one real problem with quality, and it was a soapy tap line, but that really killed it. Beer is served a little too cold but does at least have a little head on it. Always in mugs though, terrible, heavy, frosted mugs.
The service has always been quite good. One waitress insisted on calling it "3-12" instead of "3-1-2" but otherwise pretty good. On the soapy beer incident, the bartender tasted, agreed and got me something else, no charge for anything. Things come quick too.
Selection is above average for the area, and about what you'd expect for a chain beer bar far from any major urban area. Corporate and larger independent craft beers, some fun imports.
The food is very good if uninspired, pizza is great.
The price is nice, can't recall exactly but it wasn't anything that made me remember it good or bad.
This place is attached to a hotel too, can't recall off the top of my head which, but if you need to come to St. Cloud for business, it's worthy of considering.
