22 oz bomber bought a few months ago. Pours a jet black color with just a smidge of highlighting at the edges. Foam is dark tan and does not show much retention or lacing.
Smell is a fresh shot of espresso to the nostrils, very robust and fresh. Hard to get much else on the nose, but coffee aroma is right up there with the best of 'em.
Taste is about 75% espresso coffee, 20% milk chocolate and the other 5% a various blend of dark bread, alcohol and mild hops. Mouthfeel is just short of medium and I could definitely use more creaminess. Annoying astringency and the one-dimensionality of the beer are the only things keeping this from sticking out in the deliciously crowded style of coffee stouts. That said, this is easily the best Twisted Pine beer I have had to date...worth a shot.

Poured from the bottle into a glass.
Midnight black; some light passes at the edges.
HUGE dark khaki head; hard to pour. Decent lace.
HUGE chocolate milk nose; you can smell it across the room as soon as the bottle is open.
Medium/thick mouthfeel.
Strong chocolate milk flavor here; espresso hits you on the back end. Bold; tasty.
Not an everyday beer but a nice one for cold winter days. By far the best Twisted Pine I've had yet.

L: pour a thin black beer.
S: big coffee, nice bold aromas. Not bitter, but huge coffee and smells great.
T: like the nose, nice coffee. Lacks the intensity of an imperial coffe stout. But for 6%, very nice.
F: thin as expected, but very smooth.
O: a nice coffe stout with low abv

This is a pretty good coffee beer, but nothing special. I got tons of bitter coffee from the espresso, but the mouthfeel was crazy thin. It drank a lot more like an iced coffee than a coffee beer.

It's an interesting taste. I should've tried it in the spring when I usually bbq pork....making note.
