Pours two fingers of head on a dark brown body.
The aroma is pine, roasted malt and a bit of chocolate.
The taste has a solid bitterness throughout, a stronger sweet note in the middle and a mild bitter finish.
The texture softer.
Great aroma and nice flavor.

Didn't know what to expect with this one. Was very surprised and really liked it. Poured into a tall glass and the head was huge and chocolaty. It stuck around for quite awhile and when I drank it, it exploded with a malty, deep taste. Got surprised with a strange, but cool aftertaste. Twisted Pines Brewery has a fan with me and I look forward to trying some more when I'm back in Colorado.
