While Z Market isn't exactly a high end craft beer store, it does carry a pretty solid selection of your well-known brews here in the South. A full range of 16 oz. Samuel Smiths and about 12 varieties of Rogue beers. Also carry a decent variety of 6-packs, from Sierra Nevada and Abita to Left Hand and Oskar Blues. Definitely not a beer enthusiast's kind of place, but provides pretty good options for a convenience store that are sure to satisfy a craft beer drinker's palate. A little bit overpriced, especially the individual 16 oz. brews, but overall a decent fall back if unable to get to Buster's or any of the top tier craft beer sellers in Memphis.

A cinder block convenience store run by accommodating people with a surprisingly large selection of beer and the best prices I've found in Memphis. An entire wall of coolers, cases of beer stacked shoulder high in the isles, low prices insure turnover. Unfortunately they don't do singles, or didn't the last time I was there, but six prices are low enough to stock up on regular stuff. I have routinely found more German imports at Highland Z than Busters and Joe's combined.

I was bummed out that this place did not do singles, although it appeared that they would consider it. I wanted Yazoo's Hop Project amongst my low ABV beers and they had it. I figured on going to Raffe's afterward because they did singles, but thankfully I did not wait on the Hop Project beer, as they did not have it. The price was reasonable for that six pack, although I found nothing else in the store I hadn't had or interesting. The selection was ok to good, and the service was excellent. This is worth a stop in the area for low ABV beers if you want it by the sixer, if not you may want to go to Raffe's.

A- About 12 coolers or so and cases in front of cooler. Pretty much a standard mini-mart type place near the university.
Q- Product is well taken care of it seems. No freshness or packaging issues.
Ser- Not particularly helpful, but friendly and generally knowledgable if you make the effort to ask them
Sel- About the same as Raffe's, but a couple seasonals I didn't see anywhere else. Flying dog, Samuel Smith's, North Coast, SN, Abita, Yazoo, DFH, and a few others.
Probably the cheapest place for craft beer that I have come across in Memphis. Definite recommendation for low-alcohol beer in Memphis.
