While visiting for a volleyball tourney, I had the chance to checkout two different locations. Really good selection: Founders, DFH, Prairie, Odell (next month, I hear), Avery, Great Divide, and others. Friendly, if not particularly knowledgeable, staff in both locations. No taps that I saw, but decent selection of big format. Full disclosure: I'm a Founders fanatic and I can't get it at home, so this place is a must visit for me.

Georgia Street in Amarillo, Texas.
Also there's many different local in town.

Party Shop is where I buy my monthly beer supply.

Fairly good beer selection from craft, imported and mass market (bud, coors, miller, etc) beers. I think it's the best beer variety in town. Also you can do a beer request and they'll try to order it for you.

The service is very friendly and knowledgeable, they try to help you find a beer you want. If you buy lots of beer (which I do), they will help carry your beer out to your vehicle.

Pricing is fair, I notice few craft beer are quite pricy.

If you're like me and just passing through Amarillo and looking for a few decent brews to hold you over Party Stop should be your destination. They have several locations around the city, but I visited the one at the address above and the one @ 7301 Southwest 45th Avenue. If I had to guess the one's I visited probably had around 40 or so different craft beers including some big beers(Dbl IPA's, Imp Stouts, etc).

Don't expect a bunch in the way of bombers as most of the selection is either 6 or 4 packs. Also if you're buying hoppy beers be sure to check the dates. I had to put back a 6'er of DFH 60min because it was over 6 months old.

Overall this is a convenient(multiple locations) place to find some decent brews in Amarillo. Don't expect a knowledgeable staff either as this is mainly a liquor and wine store. But if you go in craving a specific style or taste chances are you'll find something you're looking for.
