Had this on recent vacation in Bend, picked up a growler right from their tasting room. Overall really enjoyed this beer, but left me wanting just a little more. Might have been biased after hearing so many great things about it from the locals, so it didn't quite blow me away the way I thought it might.
Color was nice copper with thin foam
Smelled wonderful, strong but not overpowering citrus
taste was very good but perhaps not distinct enough from other high quality IPAs. was still impressive and surprised at alcohol content as didn't taste strong in that way
feel was a little thin for me but still very good
Overall very good bordering on great, will have to have again!
Serving type: growler

on tap at Interurban, Portland
Glowing pale orange with rimming white froth.
Booming fresh floral, leafy hop nose.
Apricot jam then slick tangerine, resin, and guava hops.
White fig end and orange wine gum linger.
Light, chewy, creamy.
Big tropical fruit in a light body, but doesn’t live up to the nose and is short on IBUs. Overly fruity on the finish, doesn’t cut dry when it should. Still lovely, just not that sessionable.
Serving type: on-tap
