6/24/17....pours light pale yellow, no foam. Zip. Slight citrus sour. Taste is lemon fresh, citrus sour. Smooth. Creamy mouthfeel. Crisp clean citrus taste. Nicely made.

Served in a tumbler glass, quick review from written notes.
Thanks to Joe for sharing! Warned that this may be uncarbonated.
Pours into the tumbler a pale canary yellow, some larger bubbles form on the surface and cling to the edges momentarily.
Lemony tart, dry and crisp despite the lack of carbonation. Lactic aromas of greek yogurt, wheat, maybe sourdough. Plenty of clean wheatiness in the taste as well. Nicely tangy, and pretty drinkable as the style goes. Overall the framework of a good Berliner is here, just needs the spritz of champagne carbonation to make it complete.

Pours a hazy whitish yellow with a white head. Aroma is the weak spot for this beer offering slight tartness, slight lemon, and slight wheat malt. I just wish it came through a little stronger. Flavor was much better, especially as it warmed some. Crisp wheat malt with some lemon and its rind and creaminess. Some tartness. A crisp, thinner mouthfeel. Overall, enjoyable brew. Not the greatest berliner weisse I have had, but enjoyable. Would drink again.
