On tap at Engine 15.

Near clear; very dark brown; durable ring; ring lacing.
Feel: Medium-light body and carbonation.
Flavor: Mildly nutty, a bit too sweet, Has lots of caramel malts and a touch of herbal hops. Lasting aftertaste turns mildly bitter.

Dark brown - ruby see thru draft with beige head. Roasted malt nose. Toasted nuts with sweet malt finish (too sweet?). Medium lite mouthfeel. Nice nutty ale.

A: murky, deep dark brown body. Thin off white head fades quickly.

S: crisp, sweet, toasty, nutty. Hint of banana esters.

T/M: creamy body of pudding texture. Banana esters and milk chocolate fight for dominance. Rich malt taste without weighing down pallet. Crisp flavor from high carbonation feel.

O: distinct banana flavor seems out of place, otherwise all the flavors of a nutty brown. Well put together.

One of the best brown ales I've ever had. An underappreciated style - I could drink this every day.

A: half finger head on a clear mahagony brown body.

S: very nutty, some malts but there is a distinct and as a physician this smells similar to the bodies I used to dissect in medical school but not as strong. I am serious about that.

T: very malty bordering on a barleywine with candied citrus, Sone citrus hops.

M: medium body and moderate carbonation.

Overall: very strange beer. May be my first imperial brown.
