Consumed on draft at brewery, 12/30/07. Served on nitro, resulting in a typically luxurious head.
Color is - surprise! amber. Creamy on the palate, again thanks to the nitro. No aroma to speak of. Sweet and malty initially with a nice citrus kick at the end. No hop bitterness to go with the lemons/oranges, though. I like ambers that are more about malt than bitterness; this is what I'm talking about. Still, a touch more hop bitterness and this would be a real contender.

Was told this was new when visiting the brewpub. Pours a nice amber with a creamy head from the nitro. Smell is somewhat aromatic sweet hops. Taste has a hint of hops, but is still watery. Thin smell and taste as well as body despite the nitro. Odd hint of alcohol flavor that does not fit at all. Not impressed...
