Our Hop Ride India Pale Ale is medium bodied and aggressively hopped using a technique called 'dry-hopping' which adds a nice delicate citrus aroma. Combine that with Magnum & Summit hops to kick up the bitterness, and Cascade hops for a floral boquet. You get a well balanced and very drinkable American IPA. We live in Las Vegas and enjoy the areas beyond the reach of the neon. Bootleg Canyon MTB Park is one of those places. Be Warned, the rattlers have just as much bite as this ale. If you want to ride there, its going to be a "hop ride."

bomber poured into pint glass 24/8/11

A hazy golden orange with loads of tiny particles, just a few slowly raising bubbles that feed a two finger head that slowly falls to a thick film leaving partial rings of lace well down the glass

S big pine and grapefruit with some tangerine, pineapple and just a little toffee, smells great

T somehow there's even more pine then I could smell but the tropical fruits toned down a bit

M quite the bitter bite to it taking some enamel off my teeth, just a little burn from the booze but pretty mild

O I liked this one much more then some others on this site it would seem, I drank a few of these in Vegas and would drink it again

being the first hoppy beer I've had access to after 5 weeks in South America perhaps I may have got overexcited. you will need too judge for yourself and I recommend you do

Had on tap at the brewery. A good West Coast style IPA. Good bitterness and flavor but balanced by some malt. I did not get much hop aroma, despite the brewing notes that say this was dry-hopped.

A fine American IPA, this beer pours with a head that lasts. Not a lot of aroma, but a nice powerful hop profile and a bit of bitterness at the end. Perhaps a touch too strong.

Nice dark golden color with a good amount of haze. Very nice two-finger foamy head that lingers and laces nicely. Ample scents of tangerine, peach, grapefruit and apricot. Balanced taste with notes good-tasting flavors of violet and orange-peel on the front palate, with a pine finish. Medium feel, light coating of the palate. Overall a solid IPA, well balanced, nice floral, pine and fruit flavors.

Pours darker than a typical IPA. Nose is heavy on hops. Very carbonated. Has a quick finish that reminds me of lemon grass and white pepper. Good IPA.

Poured on tap a hazy light orangish yellow under a 1/2" thick white head which fades to the rim and leaves some spotty lace. Aroma is citrusy and pine forward. Flavors are citrus and malt. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Finish is bitter.

Undated 650 ml bottle into pint glass. Pours a hazy amber with a thin off white head. Initial impression is emphatic citrus, grapefruit, pine, and tropical fruit, somewhat balanced by crystal malt. Mouthfeel is medium, as is carbonation. Alcohol is well hidden. Finish is a little on the sweet side, making this a less-than-refreshing IPA. Overall, it was enjoyable but not exceptional.
