A-Orange hazy with white creamy head that held a nice lace during the whole pint.
S-Citrus but not overwhelming. Lite malt base is there, but sets the hops up to deliver.
T-Creamy, smooth, and a great taste. The hops used did not knock me down but was extactly what I needed on a 100 degree day.
M-Oh,so smooth. Most IPAs hit you with hops but are not enjoyable beers. This one was a great break from the usual hop-bombs.
O-A really good beer that I can only get from the brewpub in growler. I had two and enjoyed every moment. The brewpub was great; small but a cool space. Our bartender (John) was warm and welcoming and grace under pressure when two buses rolled in to fill the place. Well worth the trip if visiting the Finger Lakes wineries.

This IPA has a fairly clear, burnt orange colored body. The head is big and soapy, and the glass is absolutely coated with lacing by the time I finish. Great retention also.
The aroma has a good balance of fruity hops and malt.
I put this one as an English IPA because the hop profile tasted like there was a good amount of English hops in it. Pineapple, apricot and fruity hops abound, with hints of more bitter American hops to back them up. Whatever the exact style of this one is, it is very balanced, with a malt base that manages to be just sweet enough to stand up to the hops without overshadowing them.
Full-bodied and smooth mouthfeel.
Like I said before, I'm not sold on whether this is an English or American IPA. Whatever it is, it is definitely balanced and does not have an aggressive hop profile. It is also a well-crafted brew.
