Pretty laid back when I've been in. Likely because there's a few stores within 5 minutes that are all a bit nicer for pricing. There's a good quality of beer here though, and a good amount of different kinds. The only thing holding me back from getting a lot was the prices.
For what it's worth, if price matters little to you, it's got the next best selection behind Champanes down the road. If price does matter to you, Bee Bee liquor and Champane both have it beat, and are quite close.
Service wasn't bad. The people were pretty friendly. I wouldn't say that they knew a ton about the beer, but they knew a lot more about it than the average joe. I think the only time I'm likely to hit this place is if I can't find what I'm looking for in the other shops around.

This store is a hidden gem in this area where most BAs are likely to go to the more well known places that are nearby. It would be a mistake not to try to make a stop here as well. The selection is very broad including Michigan brews and imports and the owner is willing to make every effort to get items that are not in the store. I have been able to get just about anything that is available and distributed here in Michigan. Well worth the trip whether you live in the area or are a visiting out-of-towner.
