A - Copper/golden color. Fair head that dissipates relatively quickly. Moderate lacing.
S - Very pronounced nose. Lots of pine, floral, grassy notes.
T - Pretty pronounced bitterness to be expected. Same herbal notes are present but a little bludgeoned by the bitterness. The malt, alcohol and hop character are all dominated by bitterness. Not necessarily a bad thing, just a bit one-note.
M - Good carbonation. Bitterness leaves a noticeable astringent aftertaste.
O - I enjoy high IBU beers and this doesn't disappoint. However, I think the bitterness comes at the sacrifice of a more pronounced flavor profile. A good beer, but for the price I'd like to see a little more finesse.
