A: Golden, Translucent, with a white head.

S: Simcoey garlic, tropical fruit, papaya, mango, orange in the nose.

T: Papaya, tropical fruit, passion fruit, mango, a bit of garlic, tangerine, orange.

M: Full bodied, a bit astringent, smoothish, especially for a DIPA. Very pleasant amount of bitterness.

O: SO GOOD. If you like hoppy beers, and you can find this, get it!

Pours a rich transparent orange with a big fluffy white head. The head is very impressive given the abv.

The smell is all citrus hops, grapefruit, lemons, oranges and just a little bit if grass. This smells outstanding.

The taste is much as the smell would suggest, big citrus flavors with some bitterness. There is just the smallest hint of a sweet malty backbone. This beer is definitely all about the hops, my tongue is coated in hop residue.

The mouthfeel is quite light and smooth with low to medium carbonation.
This is ridiculously easy to drink no hint of the 11.25 abv.

Overall quite simply a superb beer, one of the best dipa's you will find. The abv is nowhere to be found and the hops are deliciously citrus.

Beautiful golden orange body with a fluffy white head. Moderate lacing.

Nose is candied citrus hop perfection.

Tastes of fresh cut citrus and pine. West coast goodness means that there is not a huge malt component to compete with the hop-erfection. Just a treat for the palate.

Mouthfeel is tart, snappy and coating. I can almost feel the hop cones accumulating on my molars.

Drinkability is insane. Is this stuff really 11.25%? Wish I was in CA more often...

I am seriously loving the offerings from Knee Deep Brewing Co.

This one is no exception.

Immediately after pouring, it filled the room with a strong aroma of hops. This one is a serious HOP BOMB. The smell is fantastic and it gets better with each sip. The taste is citrusy and pineappley with a dry hop finish. Overall, a strong hoppy tripple IPA that does not disappoint. If you enjoy a nice hoppy tripple IPA then you'll be sure to enjoy this one.

Excited to get to try this. Fresh bottle, 22 oz.
A: Poured a golden straw color. Paler than I was expecting for a triple IPA, but pretty. Halo around the glass as it settles, virtually no lacing to speak of.
S: Wonderful tropical notes of pineapple, followed closely by pine. Intense aroma.
MF: Light carbonation. Fairly slick on the tongue, not thin but nit thick either.
T: An explosion of resin, pine, pineapple, followed by a malty sweetness that is balanced out quite well by the bitterness of the hops. Lots of play over all flavor receptors of my tongue, with a strong but pleasantness in the back of my mouth. Quite Delicious. Alcohol content seems to be extremely well hidden.
O: This is a great IPA. Not sure if I can distinguish it as a triple over a double, but the hop flavor really comes through! Would buy again.
