The cousin of Simtra, but brewed with only Centennial and Chinook hops. Need we say more?

A: medium amber and clear, couple of fingers-worth of pale tan head; some lace down the glass
S: bright citrus and flowers, some sweet chewy grain beneath
T: crisp and tight - lotsa of pale fruit and hop flower, subtle malts underscore
M: tight and tingly, some edge from the alcohol and the hops, medium-light body, ample carbonation
O: another nice DIPA and another real good brew from Knee Deep - fans of pales, IPAs, DIPAs and the lot would be well-advised to grab a bottle at some point.

There is a stamp on the front of the label next to the man holding the sign saying "09/12/16"
Appearance: The body of the beer has perfect clarity. It is a beautiful medium shade of gold. The white head is thick and fluffy with good lacing and retention.
Aroma: There is a light tangerine aroma and just a bit of alcohol. It smells nice.
Taste: It starts out with this nice bitterness and this slightly sweet mix of malt and what tastes like cedar. There is a bitter orange pith taste.
Mouthfeel: Medium body with a good deal of presence on the palate giving it some heft or weight. Moderate bitter finish.
Overall: It wasn't really a beer that made me jump out of my socks with excitement but it was good enough that I would drink it again. I would recommend it if you're looking for a nice "triple-hopped india pale ale" as the label puts it, but again it's not a beer I would go out of my way for.
