A: Looks great! Typical hazy pale straw color and the head was that guinness-like creamy head that you get from the cask.
S: Muted smells due to lower carbonation, but it still smelled great. That barnyard peppery scent that I have come to love from saison.
T: As expected, it was slightly peppery and had that nice brett character.
M: Awesome mouthfeel, thanks to the cask conditioning. Smooth, creamy, what more could you want. Moderate body and light carbonation.
D: Drinks like a 4% ABV beer, I love it.

Sample at Industry Night at HomeBrewCon.
Lightly fruity earthy spicy with lots of banana in the nose and flavor. Light sweet honey maltiness rounds this out nicely, but I wanted more pepper less fruit.

Nice golden orange with a one-finger white head. Smell is tart Belgian yeast with some bananas and lemons. Taste is quite good if not super complex. Overall very nice solid saison.

Draft at the source.
Slightly hazy yellow body with a small white collar. Aromas of banana, clove, citrus. More like a hefe than a saison. Light and slightly sweet. Easy drinking. Pretty good.

On tap (have had before):
Pours a bit more orange than most saisons I've had recently, but with a nice foamy head that lasts, lacing the glass throughout. The nose is light, mainly citrus (lemon) and a little bit of yeast sour notes (sorta like some Brett beers I've had). I don't get much spice or earthiness.
The taste is fairly expected from the nose, fruit-tart with honey maltiness to start. The light lemon if the smell has added a pear/apple note to it. The yeast comes on with some earthy hop bitterness at about the same time. The combo results in a strange lemon-mint flavor (I don't think described it quite right, but best I can come up with). The feel is light and not as carbonated as you'd think from the head.
I have enjoyed this beer for years, but it has dropped a bit compared to other beers I have enjoyed since. It's a bit fruity and tart (or maybe less peppery) perhaps compared to my recent saisons, but I don't think it's out of style per se. The finish could be a bit more dry.
