An interesting hoppy yet smooth brew. Creamy feel, with lots of carbonation. Alcohol seems fairly present, but still goes down in refreshing way. I enjoyed this more as it warmed. Mild spiciness and very mild wheat tastes, including banana. Very enjoyable.

Poured into an HF tulip glass, version 2 bottled this year.
A - Slightly hazy, golden straw. A pillow that laces through the entire pour. Delicate and delectable. Carbonation ance is delicate and enticing.
S - A hint of brett, lemon, tropical fruit, and beautiful hop aroma.
T - Tart fruit with a hint of biscuit. The brett affords a wonderful dimension that entices. Fine citrus from a hop bath. One of the best crafted wheat IPA I have experienced.
M - Carbonation is crisp, light tingle, slight tart bite on the tongues edges. Fine medium dry finish.
O - Quite a treasure, the construction and execution are fabulous. A wheat IPA with brett, that delivers on all levels. With only 1 left I anticipate only lingering desire for more.

Bottle into Hill Farmstead wine glass.
Pours a radiant yellow with fluffy two finger head that lingers quite nicely. Hazy body, soapy froth lacing making this a beauty to look at.
Aroma is strong creamy wheat, citrus hops with tangerine being dominant, apple, fresh strawberry, floral grassy notes, and some banana like esters quite possibly due to the yeast.
The taste is softly spicy from the yeast with lemon pith, lime zest, and floral tea showcasing the hop presence. Plenty of wheat and some very faint hefeweizen notes of banana and clove.
Mouthfeel is light with good carbonation level for the style. Given its a hoppy wheat I may be missing a touch more body here. Like a fuller, creamier mouthfeel in my wheats.
Overall a gorgeous looking beer with enticing aroma and more than solid flavor. May be falling off a bit compared to how it might of been fresh but still a great beer.
