A: Hazy golden beer with a touch of red accent. A nice small white head.
S: Smells of hibiscus. Very floral, peppery and citrus (orange/lemon) followed by the classic earthy saison yeast. Lots of citrus actually, smells a bit lactic.
T: Sweet malts and hibiscus tea flavors at first. Has a bit of lemon acidity that blends well with the sweetness. Has a sweet, almost honey-like flavor blended with some fruitiness that is imparted by the hibiscus. Bright floral flavors follow until it ends with a dry and crisp lemony tartness.
M: Light bodied with low carbonation. Very drinkable.
O: This is another excellent saison from HF/Grassroots. Very nice beer, hope they make it again soon.

Glowing golden and orange. Persistent but not a huge near-white head of moderately-sized bubbles. A sticky saison. Slight haziness, especially on the later pours. All in all, this is quite pretty and very appropriate for the style.
Fantastic aroma. Huge amounts of white fruit and citrus components in the aroma: lemon and lime, mild orange, and good amounts of pear, and a little bit of sour apple. Mild funk, earth, and just a bit of a dried grass character, but the lemon and lime component with the citrus element is the highlight of this beer's aroma. It reminds me quite a bit of a Fantome offerings and many Crooked Stave examples, which are both very good things in my book.
The flavor is just as good as the aroma. Wonderful balance of citrus and white fruit flavors with an interesting, earthy, grassy yeast, and just a tiny bit of malt. Just a bit of biscuit. Complete, incredibly flavors.
Medium bodied with moderate to near-high carbonation.
Fantastic. I've enjoyed this more and more each time I've tried it. If anyone wants to send me more, feel free to contact me lol.

Thanks to Kyle for picking this up for me. 750ml bottle into Hill Farmstead stemware. Shared with schen9303.
Gentle pours yields a frothy, 2.5 finger white head with good retention. Beer is a clear goldenrod. Lacing is patchy but sparse with moderate stick. Real nice.
Nose is lemon, clove, cane sugar and other floral notes (that I'm guessing is hibiscus). Real aromatic. Very sweet, tart and appetizing.
Opens clove, coriander and other floral notes. Some lemon zest bitterness and citrus in the middle with a puckering tart lemon dryness at the finish. Funky wood and grassy notes throughout. Finishes foamy with a dry, tart aftertaste. So refreshing.
Light bodied with ample carbonation. Prickly and lively in the mouth and goes down puckering and dry. Finishes dry with a sticky, saliva-sucking aftertaste. Excellent.
This is as Hill Farmstead-y is a Saison gets. Balanced, aromatic nose with refreshing yet complex palate and an out-of-this-world drinkable feel. A really impressive beer indeed!
