Thanks, baconsausage!

Glowing golden and orange. Persistent but not a huge near-white head of moderately-sized bubbles. A sticky saison. Slight haziness, especially on the later pours. All in all, this is quite pretty and very appropriate for the style.

Fantastic aroma. Huge amounts of white fruit and citrus components in the aroma: lemon and lime, mild orange, and good amounts of pear, and a little bit of sour apple. Mild funk, earth, and just a bit of a dried grass character, but the lemon and lime component with the citrus element is the highlight of this beer's aroma. It reminds me quite a bit of a Fantome offerings and many Crooked Stave examples, which are both very good things in my book.

The flavor is just as good as the aroma. Wonderful balance of citrus and white fruit flavors with an interesting, earthy, grassy yeast, and just a tiny bit of malt. Just a bit of biscuit. Complete, incredibly flavors.

Medium bodied with moderate to near-high carbonation.

Fantastic. I've enjoyed this more and more each time I've tried it. If anyone wants to send me more, feel free to contact me lol.

Thanks to sideshowe for sharing.

Pours a hazy dark golden orange color with dark tangerine edges and a frothy, massive 2.5/3 finger head that very slowly fades into a thick, lasting ring.  Great retention, only slowly fading into a lasting ring that leaves large chunks and streaks of soapy lace behind.

Floral, slightly earthy aroma with lots of juicy topical fruit notes, farmhouse funk, flower petal, pale malt and zesty spice.   Tons of citrus, notably blood orange, mango, orange peel and lemon zest but the floral notes still stand out.  Would never guess hibiscus but there's a very prominent floral character.  Slightly musty and funky with hints of straw, farmhouse, grass, musty bugs and peppery spice.   There's some bready yeast and  lemon pith in the nose as well.  Really complex!

Full bodied with soft carbonation and a decent balance of oak, wild funky bugs, citrus fruit, bread and pale malt.  Incredibly complex with subtle pepper and coriander flavor followed by musty brett, wild yeast.  Floral pale malt and sweet citrus toward the finish balance things really nicely.  Slight creamy texture with some biscuit, flower petal and a ton of citrus swetness.  Some lemon pith followed by strong notes of curaçao, blood orange and tangerine.  Really well balanced with no noticeable ABV making it insanely drinkable.

Thanks to Kyle for picking this up for me. 750ml bottle into Hill Farmstead stemware. Shared with schen9303.

Gentle pours yields a frothy, 2.5 finger white head with good retention. Beer is a clear goldenrod. Lacing is patchy but sparse with moderate stick. Real nice.

Nose is lemon, clove, cane sugar and other floral notes (that I'm guessing is hibiscus). Real aromatic. Very sweet, tart and appetizing.

Opens clove, coriander and other floral notes. Some lemon zest bitterness and citrus in the middle with a puckering tart lemon dryness at the finish. Funky wood and grassy notes throughout. Finishes foamy with a dry, tart aftertaste. So refreshing.

Light bodied with ample carbonation. Prickly and lively in the mouth and goes down puckering and dry. Finishes dry with a sticky, saliva-sucking aftertaste. Excellent.

This is as Hill Farmstead-y is a Saison gets. Balanced, aromatic nose with refreshing yet complex palate and an out-of-this-world drinkable feel. A really impressive beer indeed!

Served from a 750ml bottle into a Crooked Stave tulip.

Appearance- Rose wine. Clear pinkish color with quick 2 finger head that left nice lacing.

Smell- Very floral (hibiscus), cherry, brett funk. Real nice and flower forward.

Taste- Cherry, apples, hibiscus, brett. Similar to Arthur, but more fruit and floral forward.

Mouthfeel- Off-dry, mild tartness, quick soft bubbles, medium carbonation.

Overall- One of the best that I've had from Sean yet.
