I had this on tap at Parker Pie in VT, served chilled in a pint at the 4th anniversary party for Hill Farmstead.
The color is sunny amber with hazed clarity and thick white head that settles with a fine bead-no lace. The aroma is very good with juicy scent of strong citrus with lemonade and berry aroma with lactic tang in the nose and mineral note with orange rind spiciness. The feel is tangy, tart and has high carbonation with mild body and prickly carb w/ jazzy acidic feel lighter body and semi dry finish.
The flavor is strong citrus with lemony and floral flavor of hibiscus with its light sour tropical fruitiness and lemony tart acidity hits the palate with herbal and spice complimentary flavor of orange the hibiscus blends well with malt in the finish. Overall a very sour, refreshing beer with tasty citrus and excellent drinkability -very nice quaffable sour ale with moderately low abv.

Review from notes.
A: Pours a bright orange/peach color with a foamy white head on top about two fingers in height. Great head retention and lacing.
S: Fantastic citrus aroma, lots of lime upfront with lemon as well. Very bright, really inviting. A bit of light funk on the back end.
T: Very juicy and refreshing. More citrus, mainly as lime with a bit of lemon peel mixed in. A little bit of stone fruit as well, some apricot/peach.
M: Light to medium bodied, very easy drinking with a great level of carbonation.
O: A fantastic beer, I was a big fan of the citrus in this beer, would love for HF to make this frequently..or at least again.

Thanks to Kyle for picking this one up for me. 750ml capped bottle into a Drie Fonteinen wine glass. Shared with schen9303.
This one's a slow gusher. Pours a 3 finger course, frothy white head with good retention. Lacing is stringy, patchy and thick with good stick. Beer is a clear gold color that reveals ample retention. Beautiful!
Nose is lime, coriander, clove, flowers, sweet, spritzy with a fresh citrus tartness. Real aromatic. Very nice.
Opens tart lime and citrus. Coriander and other spices come in towards the middle. There's a touch of floral and spice bitterness. Bready and yeasty at times. Citrus tartness throughout. End is yeasty with a slightly spicy finish and a clove, peppery finish. Crisp, clean, tart aftertaste. Phenomenal!
Light bodied with ample carbonation. Prickly, bubbly and refreshing in the mouth and goes down crisp and clean. Subtle, clean finish with a short aftertaste. Super drinkable.
This beer is just a step below perfect. Unmistakably a Shaun Hill beer, this is the essence of Saison, bottled. The nose is lively and appetizing, the flavor is crisp and refreshing, and the feel is just spot on in every way. Really an awesome beer all the way around.
