Poured from a 750mL swing-top growler that was purchased at the Hill Farmstead Brewery earlier today.
A - A hazy, palish yellow. Looks very much like an APA.
S - The smell is entirely citrus hops, which is a (very) good thing.
T - Citrusy and slightly malty but only a mild hop bitterness. The citrus elements are definitely the highlight here.
M - Somewhere between a light and medium body.
O - Smells like an IPA, tastes like an APA. THis is a nice deviation from the usual hop-bomb IPA's. Definitely try this if you come across it.

750 mL growler poured into a Hill Farmstead wine glass.
Appearance - Hazy pale orange. Small white head. Doesn't retain very well. Wispy surface.
Smell - Very grassy and herbal. Slight sweetness.
Taste - Grapefruit hop. Sweetness kicks in. The herbal and grassy notes hold off until the finish. Moderate bitterness in the finish.
Mouthfeel - Medium body. Sweetness keeps it from being light. Medium bitterness and medium low carbonation.
Overall - Pretty good, but one dimensional. Very clean, but I'd go for a different hop profile.
