Stopped in here while traveling on the western edge of the state.
The original location is in Telluride, and from what I can tell all of the beer from this location comes from there instead of being brewed on premises. No big deal there since there are only 2 locations.
The place is pretty expansive with lots of booths, a patio, and a bar area off to the left of the entrance. Looks like a normal restaurant. No issues, but not much really stands out except the random bags of malt hanging from the high ceiling...and no, that's not a joke.
The beer options are pretty plentiful. They have a rye, a pale, a wheat, a red, an IPA, a porter, an espresso porter, a scotch ale, an oatmeal stout, a DIPA, and a pale made with only locally grown cascade hops. Quite the variety, and the 3 beers we tried (red, scotch, espresso porter) were excellent. Both beer geeks and those just looking for something better than Bud will be happy.
The food menu is pretty large and has everything from dinner entrees to burgers and sides. Burgers tasted fresh and I like the random option of tater tots. There's an absolutely addictive appetizer called "beer nuggets." They consist of fried dough (think elephant ears) dusted with Parmesan and served with a marinara dipping sauce that I could eat all day. No real complaints with the food. The easy comparisons to make are CB&Potts and Rock Bottom and I'd say it's on par with both.
While the atmosphere is a little bland - the food is good for what it's supposed to be and the beer was a big surprise. I'll be back next time I'm in the area just for the beer nuggets and some espresso porter.

If you have moderate to high standards, you will be disappointed. This is not a typical brew pub. The beer menu is "light to dark" and the servers don't know about beer. The food selection is very weak--the "veggie burger" for example is deep fried. The atmosphere is very odd--really bright and no character. I had the Scottish Ale which was acceptable. Only stayed for one.

In short: This is the least impressive non-super-chain brew pub I've ever been to, and I've been to many.
