This double dry hopped pale ale showcases the Citra hop for a well balanced beer that is delicate in body with a mild bitterness in the finish. Ferocious aromas of citrus and mango give a refreshing taste that is bright with just enough bite!

L - Glowing, hazy orange with two fingers of white head
S - Surprisingly mild, but has sweet candied orange and sugar-sprinkled grapefruit. Juicy fruit and bubblegum too.
T - More orange here. Very sweet with orange sherbet and creamsicle. Some fresh, minty hops balance the sweetness. Finishes clean.
F - Full-bodied with nothing unpleasant. Refreshing and easy to drink
O - An improvement over standard PseudoSue, but nothing I'd go out of my way for. Still, it's delicious and flavorful. If it was a local offering, it would be in rotation in my fridge without a doubt.

Not a baby, born around three months ago.
Peach juice like appearance with a thick head with great retention and leaving laces.
Bold aroma with predominant notes of mango, pine and oranges.
Flavor with notes of resin, fresh oranges, pineapple, peaches, oats and some dankness. Dry and bitter aftertaste. Quite rounded.
Light to medium velvety body with appropriate carbonation of tiny bubbles.
Beef up version of Pseudo Sue with similar tropical and citrusy fresh notes and a pinch of dank-resin. A tad more intense than the original. Showcase for an American Pale Ale.

Everything here is as expected, cloudy gold with a small head, citrus aroma and flavors, medium sweetness with a bit of bitterness. But very solid depth of flavor. Close to amazing for something you can find on a shelf in many places.

On tap at Monk's in Sioux Falls, SD
A well balance but very ugly beer. Do not miss this one. 4.25
A - Pours an opaque chalky yellow. Almost like one of those fruited sours. Maybe the ugliest IPA I have ever seen.
S - But I loved the sedate almost not there/but there aroma. Citra singular slightly fruity, slightly resiny but not over hopped with respect to rest of the beer. 4.25
T - Some minor chalkiness but balance by a good intense resiny hoppiness. So much so that I had some back of the throat irritation. 4.25
MF - Medium body with an almost acrid finish. Dry but a hint of sweetness. 4.25
