Forged from the raw elements of the universe, this beer’s hoppy flavor comes from the celestial alignment of both Galaxy and Citra hops. Galaxy Dry Hopped Pseudo Sue dwarfs all other pale ales.

Not a baby, born around three months ago. Hazy orange whitish color with a thick huge head with great retention and leaving strong laces.
Aroma with notes of fresh pineapple and oranges, coconut and mild mango.
Flavor with notes of mango, pine and dank resin, a hint of white fruits, grapefruit, coconut water drops and fresh oranges. Quite dry and bitter aftertaste, but as other Pseudo Sues, just dino size but friendly as a puppy.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
Similar to the original Pseudo Sue but with some Galaxy twist and slightly less assertive.

Very tasty beer. Bought this as part of a variety 12-pack of 13 oz cans. I couldn’t believe when I saw it and it was fresh!! Love trying some Pseudo Sue varieties. This one is has a strong citrus smell and great mouthfeel. Great finish with a nice peppery bite. . Easy to drink and very fun.

A thanks to the prince of pale ales, woodychandler, for this beer. Poured from a 16 oz. can. Has a hazy golden/orange color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is full of grapefruit. Taste is grapefruit, oranges, hints of resin. Feels medium/full bodied in the mouth and overall is a highly refreshing and enjoyable beer.

I was drinking this beer in my backyard on a sunny warm day. It was a few weeks ago, maybe a couple of months but I writing this based on notes I wrote down. It is similar to Pseudo Sue but it has a bit more hop bite at the end. Long story short, I loved it. This is a Pale Ale from Toppling Goliath, ABV 6.20%, IBU 45. If you haven't seen the famous T-Rex Sue skeleton at the field museum yet, go see it.
Look: very hazy golden with a thick white head
Aroma: Tropical fruits, grapefruit rind some pine resin.
Flavor: Tropical fruits, citrus, mango, passion fruit, grapefruit, maybe orange, it is dank and juicy, and towards the end there's a dry herbal maybe piney bitterness.
Body/Overall: light to medium body, truly delicious
