A - Typical APA look - A touch of haze to a body of light orange/auburn. Thick white head that doesn't seem to be moving any time soon. Cobwebs of lacing all the way to the finish.
S - Damn. This is intense. Mango is overwhelming. Almost skunky in a way that reminds me of a particular herb I was very familiar with in my college days. Tropical fruits abound... papaya, pineapple, passionfruit.... It's like a box of mike and ikes.
T - Tastes a lot like a dried papaya. I'm amazed at how well the bold hop flavors come through without being overbearing.
M - Mouthfeel is great, a bit less carbonated than I was expecting, which I find to be a good thing.
O - Really blown away by just how good this is. Perfect execution of what APAs across the world hope to grow up to be. Bravo, TG.
