A: A deep orange/yellow body that might be a little too dark to be considered a pale ale but it is more of a body of an IPA. There is an ivory white head.
S: Huge hop aroma. You get the citra hops up front. The hop character overpowers the malt profile in the nose.
T: Huge hop up front with leafy citrus flavors There is a perfect malt backbone in the flavor unlike the nose. There is a sweet caramel and toffee to match the bitter from the hops.
M: Huge mouthfeel, again maybe too much for a pale ale. This is more of a body for an IPA. A little light on the carbonation.
O: A great beer. Well done toppling goliath. The hop malt balance is great. I don't believe that this should be considered an IPA. At 7% and the decently sized body to the beer this is not a pale ale.
