Love this place! So glad when they made the move and started serving drafts. The Thursday night tastings are great, the staff is awesome. The only reason I don't give 5's all around is due to the limited (lack of) seating in the drinking area. The bottle selection is top-notch, wish they offered a few more on tap. I'm sure you can only do so much with the space available. New show Brewdogs on Esquire gave them #1 craft beer bar in Seattle...#1 bottle shop in my opinion.

This place has a great selection in the cooler, a great selection on the taps, they have cool beer events, and the staff is fun. They even brew, and their anniversary ale was delicious. Visit here. They’re a relatively new player in Seattle, and I tend to like a place like this more than Bottleworks. Their vibe is are a little more young and almost hipster, whereas Bottleworks has the typical beards-and-beer-bellies vibe. When we visited, they were setting up for a tasting that night. They served the same IPA on regular draft, nitro, cask, and randall.

I believe this was the fourth bottle shop I ever went to. It was really early on in my craft beer journey, but I could still understand that this was special.

I’ll start by saying that the owner, Morgan, is a stand out guy. He loves beer, is very knowledgeable, and wants to help you just as much as he wants to make money.

Selection is as good or better than any in the area, and prices are right around where they should be. I like the arrangement, it’s organized by style of beer instead of brewer or region.

My only problem with this store is that it isn’t closer to me. It’s just a place that feels comfortable.

I checked out The Beer Junction as my main stop for bottles in Seattle, it did not disappoint. Fantastic selection of Washington, Oregon and California and good representation from Colorado as well from what I saw. They had many more beers all organized by style, you could easily spend a couple hours examining all the bottles.

Most of the 4 or 6 pack selections were available by the single can/bottle, however I did find them to be pricey even for the luxury of getting a single beer. Many larger bottles seemed pretty reasonable, and the selection of new beers was great. I was able to snag a Parabola among many other interesting finds, so I left happy.

The biggest plus here was the attentive and informative customer service, along with the fact that you can grab a beer or sampler for while you shop. I haven't experienced this before, and it was fantastic to get to try some beers from breweries I haven't had or couldn't afford to grab many (or any) bottles of.

Great selection of glassware and some apparel, and they do growler fills. Check out this store if you're in the Seattle area and don't be afraid to ask what they have kicking around not on the shelves!

Smart staff, friendly, not snobby (unless you want them to be!)...this is my place to go for new beers that I have not tried. There are always in-store events. Morgan (the owner) is a great guy and is always willing to suggest gems that you may not know about. Parking behind the store as well as on California usually available unless you go when everybody else goes places...pick up your beer before the weekend, it is much better that way. One of the last places in WA that tapped Pliny before Russian River left the state (or the state left them), hopefully temporarily only. Of the 3 places somewhat near my place that I love (Bottleworks & Super Deli Mart), the Beer Junction is the best overall. Prices are cheaper than most places despite how nice and clean the store is kept. Great glassware and beer merch keeps me short of extra money, which is fine. This is the best bottle shop I have ever been to in all of my years of searching for quality brews.

I walked into Beer Junction on a whim, and got some of the best luck/universal karma of my life.

I was already pretty impressed with the remaining seasonals, stouts, and barleywines (my go-tos at any bottle shop), when I picked up a bottle of Pelican's Stormwatcher's Winterfest. I exclaimed over it happily when an employee walked over to share in my enthusiasm. He then confessed that they had a single case of Pelican's Mother of All Storms in the back, and asked if I would like a bottle. I nearly proposed to him in my joy of finding a bottle of MoAS in a bottle shop in Seattle, when I had more or less made plans to drive to Bend, OR next year in order to get a bottle. I didn't even think that Pelican shipped out cases of MoAS to Seattle when, lo and behold, the bottle was in my hand.

In addition to this stellar catch, I also snared a couple of other unexpected and coveted beers on my list (DFH'S World Wide Stout being another) and found out about an upcoming barrel aged fest with some BA's that I am dying to have on tap. This bottle shop is the best random encounter of my life.

Great place with huge selection of local, national and international beer. I would say it's Seattle's largest and most diverse selection. I've been to Bottleworks, 99 Bottles and Full Throtttle and prefer The Beer Junction.

The owner Morgan knows his beer and is always there to help out with any questions you have and seems to always be spot on with his recommendations. The place has a great laid back and inviting feel to it. You never feel unwelcomed. Some other places aorund the Seattle area have a certain "attitude" feel to them and are not that welcoming. Morgan and his staff go out of their way to help everyone out.

The new store has been open a few months now and it's a huge improvement over the first location. Not that the original location was bad but the new location is outstanding. More coolers full of beer, 18 constantly rotating taps and great service. About the only negative is that you have to be quick when something you want comes up on tap. Everything tends to go fast! Guess that's the price of running a great business.

Overall it's the best beer store in the Seattle area!

This is an excellent beer place. I spent a fair amount of time talking with the owner, he pulled Older Viscosity from the back for me, he was clearly knowledgeable about beer and about his stock. Other staff was helpful and friendly. Selection is world class. They are the only place I've seen carrying Rodenbach Grand Cru in like six months.

Everything about this place is good. Prices are pretty much exactly what you would expect (slightly above grocery store prices on items they both carry).

I will definitely go back if I'm ever in the area.

I walked into this place while on a trip around seattle looking for breweries and bottle shops. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if there was anything I needed help finding. After explaining to the clerk that I was from indiana and was looking for things that I could not get back home he pointed out some local beers and some other ones that would likely not be found in indiana. Being only a craft beer store helps in the organization which they did light-dark which was very helpful and easy to navigate. Their selection was very large and well kept. I would recommend this location for anyone in the west seattle area. I was very pleased with my visit and will return again on my next visit.

A: Enter right into the midst of a small but well-laid out space. Generally, lighter to darker beers in a clockwise rotation. Coolers at left, nice shelves at right. Organized and clean.

Q: All good product.

S: Greeted immediately; let them know it was my first time there, they gave me a rundown of the layout. Asked what I liked to drink. Offered to pull out a 2010 Boulevard BBQ to go with the 2011 I was eyeing. Very friendly and genuine.

S: Didn't have time to peruse it all, but did see a few things I hadn't seen elsewhere, and did leave with the 2011 BBQ and another bottle or two. Would like to go back for a closer look.

No beer on tap, but it sounds like they do tastings/events from time to time.

Overall, I really enjoyed my visit and would definitely make it a point to stop in again when in the neighborhood. Family friendly.
