Draft into wine glass, Mikkeller and Friends, Copenhagen.
A- Golden hues shine through a predominant ruby color. Head is white buts dies off quickly.
S- Berry jam. Lacto tang. Nice faint floral notes. Overall delicate.
T- Berry punch, tangy, a bit of lemon zest.
M- Body is light, with some snappy carbonation to accentuate the tartness. Finishes with a good pucker and subtle dryness.
O- Love the delicate attributes throughout. A nice beer to sit and savor with some dessert.

Very pretty rose-colored beer with very little white-pink head. Quite low carbonation. Smell had more brett than I expected and some vinous qualities. Light raspberry of course as well. Taste was firmly sour, but not particularly funky. Dry raspberry and some citrus. Medium finish. Overall, an enjoyable and accessible sour. It won't fully please those that want an extreme pucker, but I think the brett and other features make this enough of a representation that I'd say it is a great starting point to get some non-sour drinkers interested.

On tap at the brewery, Bermondsey, London.
Rosey pink with white film.
Booming fresh raspberry nose with some rose petals.
Bright fruit up front, only a hint of slightly funky sour in the middle and clean raspberry seed end.
Earthy finish and slightly acetic linger with some lemon rind.
Low on sourness and super dry - no sweetness at all. Almost not a beer, in the best way. Would make a superb aperitif. Simple is best!
