Bottle thanks to Doug, 12oz into a tulip. Best before February 24, 2013.

First thing that struck me was the massive sediment lying on the base of the bottle, almost a fingers worth of settled yeast. Poured out and doing our best not pour the yeast, it yielded a pale gold with a large soapy head, unfiltered obviously. Nose held some huge citrus notes, a bit of weed and lemon. Very pungent and pleasant with a hint of alcohol in here as well. Taste is initially bitter, with citrus, lemon and some grapefruit rinds. Some palt malts come through after the fact with a bready and cracker type feel to them. A big lingering bitterness is left behind, and has the mouthfeel of something much larger than this beer was; makes me think this lies somewhere between a regular IPA and an imperial. Impressive.

Unfiltered thick looking greapefruit coloured IPA, full of sediment. Great citrus hop aroma. Perfectly thick head, lacey. Bitterness is right there, but it does have astringent notes. Still, spicy which makes it interesting. Pieces of hop are wierd.Doug's bottle.

Poured into a smaller glass, leaving a good bit of sediment in the bottle. A clear, lighter, amber. Big two finger thick head, wonderfully dense with fantastic retension. Lacings are similarly as impressive.

Nice fruity, almost floral, nose. Citrus certainly, but also a lighter, sweeter note leaving towards a British ale.

Wow. Fruit. Loads of fruit. Tasting notes on their website suggest fruit salad, and that's not far off. Up front I'm having a bit of trouble picking the hops out from the malt, it all blends together pretty seamlessly. Back end is another story. Resinous bitterness coats the mouth and just doesn't let up until you wash it down with another sip, then it starts all over again.

Great bottle conditioned mouthfeel, nice carbonation.

Dangerously drinkable for 7.1%. These guys are good.

A souvenir from across the pond. Awesome!

Pours a cloudy light orange with a solid creamy head of foam. Most of the considerable sediment left in the bottle. Nose is fresh orange-citrus, with hints of grapefruit and whiff of booze and late developing yeastiness. Dry, bitter grapefruit rind, soft creamy malt, and a little bit of bitter orange. This beer isn't exactly swimming in a variety of flavours, but hoppiness is inordinately rich and straightforward. Very nice, smooth body and very drinkable despite the high abv. Tastes more American style rather than British so I'm categorizing as such.

It's possible the I'm a bit biased for this one due to the surprise factor of getting this as a souvenir rather than some bigger brands, but this one is really impressing me.
