330ml bottle, bottled on 06.08.12 - says drink fresh, 4 months in bottle ain't too bad.

a - cloudy, mahogany red colour, visible sediment, fair sized head that disspaates into a 1/2 finger cream that leaves very strong lacing throughout

s - lovely simcoe fruity, citrussy top notes with a bready undertone

t - bitter, fruity, slightly sour hop punch in the tounge followed by a sweet, biscuity rye base, lovely.

m - decent carbonation, nicely thick without hitting cloying

o - love it, really really tasty beer.

Pours a cloudy, brown/maize color. 1/4 inch head of an off-tan color. Great retention and great lacing. Smells of citrus hops, sweet malt, slight alcohol, and hop oils. Fits the style of an American IPA. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of citrus hops, sweet malt, slight alcohol, and a hint of sugar. Overall, good appearance, blend, and body.
