One of those places that suddenly gets a super rare keg. Most of the time, the tap handles are good, and having a beer here is very enjoyable. There is also a nice beer menu, not large but pretty solid. Drinks are also served, and the food is really good.

I go to Lou's Beer Garden fairly regularly. I love the food, the beer and the staff. The NoBe Kobe burger is still the best hamburger in Miami. The wings are king too. The food is always good. Right now the Iberico Squid (with Bacon) is the winner.

Everything on the menu is prepared with exquisite pairings of craft beer in mind. Typically, I get a La Chouffe or another Belgian they may have on tap. I was able to get Cantillon Gueuze and Gnomegang when they had them. They rotate beers pretty regularly but always keep a few mainstays. The Dogfish 120 didn't last long (very popular).

I highly recommend this place.

The young lady tending the bar was not a native English speaker, but made every effort to answer our beer geek questions and was ready to give some quick facts on every tap they had on that night. The place is located in a poolside courtyard of a hotel, and is almost like a secret bar, which adds to the charm. The selection was excellent, with a fine balance of Belgians and craft domestics, with no pseudo crafts or bmcs in sight. This is the best place for miles, as well as the closest to our seasonal home on Sunny Isles, and I will highly recommend it to anyone in the area!

Not nearly as good an experience as the first time. Wanted to look at taps and order at the bar, but was told "hey we have a menu at the tables..." ok,Sat down. manufacturers are not listed on the menu- just "hennepin" or "milk stout."
waiting for the waitress...other people come in...she goes to them...waiting some more...thinking I could've been on my second round by this time, walk up to the bar to order, no one is there....waited some more, the three hipsters working wake up, the bartender provides the beer. A Farmhouse was served in a frosty mug...Well, at least the staff looked very trendy- I assume that was the priority that night.
