Poured from a 22 oz bomber into a Snorkel glass, and to borrow a line from @Ozzylizard : hand washed and dried. No visible date on the bottle.
Appearance: Semi-aggressive pour produced a 2 finger's worth of sea foam bubbles that took about 5 minutes to die down; TONS of lacing in the glass. The body shows off hints of being a red ale: dark reddish-amber body.
Aroma: Spicy and earthy hop presence. Soft malt aroma towards the end. Almost like a smokiness is there as well. Not over the top hop bomb smells, but got that Yakima Valley hop presence for sure. Picking up on some orange and tangerine as it warms.
Taste: This has to be one of the mellowest IPA's I have ever had! So smooth and tasty. It's almost a little too malty, perhaps due to age? But in my opinion as of right now this one is super balanced. The hops are there to add some bitter and earthiness, while the malts end up bring in a balanced not-quite sweetness but even-ness to the bitter hops. Crushable as Hell!
Mouthfeel: Quite a bit of carbonation in the glass, but doesn't really seem to be the same in the mouthfeel. It has quite a full feel to it, but such a light and delicate finish. Slight lingering spicy tartness.
Overall: A great drinking IPA, reminds me of a less bitter SNPA. Drinks just as easy, if not easier than that one. I like how some citrus comes out as it warms a little and the malts even and balance this one, too. This was really tasty!
Thanks again for another PNW IPA @beertunes !

Handsome orangey amber brew with abundant white foam in the Troubadour tulip. Peculiar aroma of citrus and gym socks with a little plastic in the nose.
Flavor of tangerine and some honeysuckle aromatics. Pleasant lower-key IPA that is quite quaffable. From the 22 oz bottle purchased at Haggens Market in Burlington.

22oz bottle purchased at Huckleberry’s in Spokane for a forgotten sum (the receipt is in the other room – I’ll update later). No freshness date.
Poured into a Sierra Nevada nonic pint glass, this was a dark orangey amber color, with a long-lived off-white head. Lots of lace.
Grapefruity and piney hop aroma, with a little bit of bready malt aroma as well. Not a hop bomb, but still hop-forward.
Again, hop forward, but with a substantial malt backbone. Grapefruity up front, but with quite a lot of herbal hop bitterness in the background and aftertaste. It’s quite agreeable tasting, and something I think I could have several pints of, but it’s not a good choice if looking for a really assertive, major hophead-approved, enamel-stripping IPA.
Medium bodied, with a slightly creamy mouthfeel. A little unusual for the style, at least to me, but not unpleasantly so.
Although I would rank this at the trail end of the trio of Paradise Creek bottles I’ve had recently, I rather liked this beer, but a number of reviewers seem to have found it so-so. I think that’s because it’s a little atypical for the style. I’d be lying if I thought it was a Great IPA, but although it’s not something I would specifically make an effort to seek out, I’d definitely have it again were I to re-encounter it on my future beer travels.

Poured from 22oz bomber into a pint glass.
Appearance: murky amber hue with a moderate effervescence and some floaties in the body. Head poured a finger of frothy light-tan foam which don't hold on very long. Not bad; not great.
Smell: very malty with a big caramel character right up front and not a lot in the way of hops. Hops are floral, if anything. Enticing in its own way, but not particularly appropriate for an American IPA.
Taste: caramel malt and some earthy, floral hop flavor. Bitterness is a bit low for the style, but appropriate enough. This is much more like a moderately hoppy red ale than an IPA; it's still a decent beer in general.
Mouthfeel: medium body with an OK carbonation and a little bit of creaminess. Nothing fancy to see here.
Overall: I find this to be a decent beer -- but be aware that it is not really as advertised. It doesn't really taste at all "dry hop'd with a mountain of hop flowers", but it does have a nice subtlety. Note -- it could be that this beer is past its freshness date, but without a date on the bottle it's impossible to tell. I also get my beer from a vendor who's quite conscious of IPA freshness, so I feel pretty confident this beer isn't terribly old.

Poured into a Dogfish Head pint glass. Pours a medium coppery amber with a fine, one finger, off-white head with good retention and lacing. Aroma is malty, caramel and bready malts, light stone fruit and a hint of hops. Flavor is dominated by pleasant bready and biscuit malt, citrus, and light to moderate grassy hops, finishing with light citrus hop bitterness that is more intense than I expected from the aroma or initial taste. Good medium body. A nice malty beer that I would have rated higher had it been presented as a amber ale. The hops lean towards an IPA, but the malt is more the star here. I liked it, but it is not a strong American IPA. Could be an older bottle; another brewery perhaps not getting the ratings it may deserve because there is no indication of date here.

Drank this at the Brewwery in Pullman.
Arrived at the table with a small sad looking foam head.
Smell was a yummy floral hoppyness.
Taste was also surprisingly good.
Mouthfeel was a little thin.
Overall a fine experience for the hop-head that I am. A good beer for those of us that enjoy the bitter hop bite mellowed by floral sweet hint at the finish.

A bottle left over after GABF judging and given to me as a reward for my volunteer efforts. Pours two fingers of light tan head over a cloudy orange copper liquid. Smells oranges, tropical fruit, butterscotch, pine, grapefruit pith, mint, menthol, and apricot esters.
Tastes wet with piercing clean hop bitter. Complex hop flavor with a bit of grassiness that dries the finish and aftertaste. Malt flavor is hidden beneath the hops. Hop flavor is potent pith, lemon, pine, and baby aspirin. Hop bitter almost has an acidic component that mixes with the piney hops flavor to make a pine-sol character. Medium body and decent drinkability.
